How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed on-line 24/7, e-mailed, phoned in. or mailed. Your choice. For the fastest turn-a-round time, order on-line.

On-Line ordering – Click on the line you are interested in, build your order via the drop down boxes, and click “build your order”. You will then be able to review the item(s) and the total cost including shipping. Once approved, click on “Payment”. Chose form Credit Card, Pay-Pal, or money order (If sending the amount due, your job will not be entered into production until the payment is received). After this step, you will be asked to attach your artwork with the order. That’s it!

E-Mail – Go to www.stickersandmore.com and note what line you want to order. Note the details in an e-mail, including the Billing name and shipping address. Also note the method used for payment. Paypal, Money order, or Credit Card. DO NOT SEND US your credit card number via e-mail. Please phone it in to one of our reps, or leave it on our voice mail with your name, CC exp. date, and zip code of credit card billing address.

Mail - Go to www.stickersandmore.com and note what line you want to order. Note the details, and include a money order for the total amount due. If paying by credit card, please include the credit card number, the Billing name and shipping address.

What is the turn-a-round of my order?

ANSWER:
3-Yr Vinyl Stickers – 7 to 9 work days in-house after art approval.
Kit-1 Indoor Stickers – 5 to 7 work days in-house after art approval (including Full Color Decals)
Premium Silk-Screen Vinyl Stickers – 10-12 work days in-house after art approval
Buttons - 7 to 10 work days in-house after art approval.
Banners - 7 to 10 work days in-house after art approval
Tattoos - 10 to 12 work days in-house after art approval.
Posters & 8 x 10’s – 10 to 12 work days in-house after art approval
T-Shirts & Trucker Hats - 7 to 10 work days in-house after art approval

Can I get them faster?

ANSWER:
In most cases, rushes are available for our Vinyl Stickers, Banners, Guitar Picks, and Posters at a charge of $25 for 5-Day in-house service and $45 for a 3-Day In-House service. Any Expedited shipping methods are also at an additional cost.

 

For rushes on T-Shirts, Silk-screen Stickers, Tattoos, Buttons, and 8 x 10’s, please call on availability and applicable rush charges.  888-644-7745



How is my order shipped?
Most lines are shipped UPS normal ground. UPS Express deliveries are also available at additional cost. International & Canadian shipment costs are kept low when sent via US Air Mail (allow 4-7 days shipping).

Are there any setup charges for sticker, banners, poster, 8 x 10’s, tattoo, or button orders?
ANSWER: If workable art is provided, and no major cleanup is required, no. How Do I send my artwork?
ANSWER: After you click “Build my ______ “ you will be asked for payment method. After completing this step, a “Browse” box will appear allowing you to attach and upload your art. REMEMBER this happens ONLY AFTER the “Payment” step is complete.

* IMPORTANT! If you have more than one piece of artwork to be submitted, create a separate file containing all art files to be submitted. Upload the one file.

I have more than one piece of artwork to send. What should I do?
ANSWER: If your files are under two meg, you can e-mail your file as an attachment to info@stickersandmore.com BE SURE to reference your On-line confirmation number and your band, business, organization name.

For files larger than 2 meg, please do the following. Before attaching your artwork, place all files needed in one Folder. You will then need to “stuff” or “zip” the folder before it can be uploaded. When asked to upload art, locate the compress folder containing the files and upload it. Be sure to note in the ‘Special Instructions” there are multiple files for your online order.

* If you do not have a file compression program like “Stuff-it” or Zip-it”, you can go to the below website and download a free versions. www.aladdinsys.com

What art formats do you accept?
ANSWER: We prefer files saved in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Corel Draw. However send us what you have. If our graphics department needs any additional info regarding art, you will be contacted before your job is entered into production.

If your sticker is a font, please give us the name of the font, and note the name in the “special instruction” section of your on-line order.

For the graphics people: Adobe Illustrator - Convert all fonts to outlines, and save as an .ai file up to Version CS. Mac users, save as an .eps or .ai file pc format. Photoshop – Please create all artwork 300 .dpi or greater. Keep in layers. DO NOT FLATTEN your image before sending. Save as a .psd up to version CS. Jpegs also welcome. Corel Draw – Save as a .cdx, .ai, or .eps file version 8 or older. .ai file

If your finished file(s) are over 2 Meg, and you are not ordering online, please contact us at 1-888-644-7745 for instructions on uploading your larger files via our .ftp site. Smaller files may also be e-mailed to info@stickersandmore.com

Do your offer Custom logo design?
ANSWER: Yes. Any are we recreate or design for you, will be saved in any format you request. Allowing it to be used on any type of future project. Please see price schedule below.

1. Art re-creation requiring 30 minutes or more - $25.
2. Turning your idea or sketch into reality - $50
3. New logo and design creation - $150

** If any of the following art charges would apply to an active order, you will be notified before any additional charges are made.

** 50% of cost is required up front, the remainder due after your approval.

Should I “Zip” my art file?
ANSWER: If your artwork is over 1.5 Meg, compressing your art with “Zip” or “Stuffit” is suggested, but not required. For more information, see the question “I have more than one piece of artwork”

T-Shirts & Trucker Hats- Are there setup or screen charges for T-Shirts & Trucker Hats?

ANSWER: There is a $15 screen charge per color, per location, the breakout is clearly noted and figured into your online order price. There are no hidden charges.

How long does screen-printing take?
ANSWER: 7 to 10 workdays in-house after art approval

Where do I list the sizes I want to order?
ANSWER: List all sizes in the “special instructions” section when ordering on-line.

Can I get T-Shirts in multiple colors and/or locations?
ANSWER: No problem. We can screen up to 8 colors per location. Call Chris at 888-644-7745 Ext 27 for pricing.

Can I get Girls T’s?

Can I get a specific Brand of T-Shirt , Hoodie, Hat, etc?
ANSWER: Absolutely. We offer a large line of name brand apparel. You can see our entire line at www.imprintit.biz

Do you have youth sizes and larger sizes?
ANSWER: Yes. We have Youth sizes xs to large (large equals an XS adult size), at no additional charge. We also carry larger sizes including 2XL, to 5XL sizes at additional cost.

Do you do embroidery?
ANSWER: Everything from beanies to jackets. For pricing, e-mail your artwork to chris@stickersandmore.com or Call Chris at Ext. 27 for embroidery prices.

Will I get to see what my design looks like before proceeding with the order?
ANSWER: Yes. You will receive a proof showing the design, and layout via e-mail before your order is printed.

Can I cancel an Order?
ANSWER:

A $15 order cancellation charge may apply. Depending on what stage of production the order was in when canceled
